Board Meetings
All Parsons Pointe homeowners are welcome to attend and will be provided a limited opportunity for comments/questions at the meeting's conclusion, as time permits. Meetings are held quarterly at the Seffner-Mango Library, located at 410 N. Kingsway Rd. in Seffner, unless otherwise noted on the Meeting Schedule. Please contact McNeil Management for additional information at management@mcneilmsi.com.

Committees
  
Volunteers are always needed for committees! Each committee should have at least 3 members. If you're interested in being on a committee, please contact McNeil Management. 
  
Architectural
  
This committee, which meets regularly, is responsible for ensuring all homes and landscaping in Parsons Pointe remain in compliance with the community's governing documents. They accomplish this through careful evaluation of all submitted Alteration Application requests for structural or aesthetic changes to homes or landscaping. Approval of the requested change is awarded based on the established community standards.
