| This committee, which meets regularly, is responsible for ensuring that all homes and landscaping in Parsons Pointe remain in compliance with the community by-laws and covenants. They accomplish this through careful evaluation of all submitted requests for structural or aesthetic changes to homes or landscaping. Approval of the requested change is awarded based on the established community standards. | |
